Refund policy
We do not accept returns or offer cancellations on items once they are delivered.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds can be issued if your order is canceled by 8pm PST the day before your scheduled delivery. By cancelling your order and requesting a refund before 8pm PST the day before your scheduled delivery date, a full refund will be issued. (Exclusions apply, Special Orders, Large Orders (over $200), Pallet Orders, Third-Party Delivery Orders and/or Services cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued, No Exceptions.)Â
Cancellation or Refund requests that are submitted after 8pm PST the day before your scheduled delivery, can be cancelled and partially refunded. Simple Water Delivery LLC reserves the right to only issue a partial refund of your order. The amount that will be withheld by Simple Water Delivery LLC, will be ($15 or 15% of your order total, the greater amount of either will be withheld).Â
No Exceptions.
To be eligible for a cancellation or refund, you must contact us at sales@simplewaterdelivery.com. We reserve the right to request a receipt or proof of purchase for the order being canceled. Eligible canceled or refunded orders will be issued a partial or full refund to the original form of payment only.Â
To start a cancellation request, you must contact us at sales@simplewaterdelivery.com. Please note that partial or full refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
If approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit and/or debit card company to process and post the refund.Â
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@simplewaterdelivery.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any gift card purchases.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you received the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue. If no notice is received within 12 hours of confirmed delivery to customers provided delivery address, we will assume your order was delivered in good condition. We are NOT responsible for damages or theft of orders once items are delivered. Simple Water Delivery LLC is not responsible for items that are, but not limited to being lost, damaged, or stolen.Â
