Shipping policy

Delivery is offered for most areas of San Diego County, CA.

Free Delivery is offered for all orders over $40 (before CRV, Taxes, Delivery Fees, and Surcharges, etc.). All orders under $40 will be charged a $10 Delivery Fee per order (Delivery fee will be applied at checkout).

A failed scheduled delivery fee will result in a partial refund. Simple Water Delivery LLC reserves the right to only issue a partial refund of your order. The amount that will be withheld by Simple Water Delivery LLC due to a failed scheduled delivery, will be ($15 or 15% of your order total, the greater amount of either will be withheld). This fee will be considered earned by Simple Water Delivery LLC. This failed scheduled delivery fee will be assessed if the order is placed without providing a gate and/or access code to accomplish the delivery, or when the order is refused by the customer or when the order is cancelled on the day of the delivery date.

Verify the delivery and/or shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen order products due to an incorrect delivery and/or shipping addresses. If the address you input is showing as undeliverable or incorrect address by the address verification application at checkout or other third-party carriers, we will contact you via email or phone call to verify the address you input was correct. You (The Customer) will solely be responsible for any lost, damaged and/or stolen packages if you wish to proceed to have your items delivered to an address showing undeliverable or incorrect. We reserve the right to cancel your order with or without cause and/or reason, if we reasonably believe that the package may be lost, stolen or damaged if delivered to address that was provided at checkout. 

If no special instructions are given prior to the purchase or upon purchase or before your products are delivered, your products will be delivered by the normal and ordinary delivery methods of Simple Water Delivery LLC Delivery Protocol.

Simple Water Delivery LLC Protocol for Deliveries. (This is a synopsis of our delivery protocol and is only intended for informational purposes, a full list of our delivery protocols is confidential). Simple Water Delivery LLC may follow any and all reasonable customer delivery requests. Simple Water Delivery LLC reserves the right to not follow some or all parts or portions of the customers delivery requests if the request and/or transaction seems or appears fraudulent or customer asks to ship or deliver to a different address other than what was provided at checkout or customers delivery request could result in products getting lost, damaged or stolen. Simple Water Delivery LLC and its employees will not under any circumstances follow a request of a customer that will violate, Local Ordinance(s), County Ordinance(s), City Law(s), State Law(s), Federal Law(s), and or any other statute(s).
